During the heat of the summer, what a pleasure to plunge into the invigorating freshness of the river!
You walk or swim across beautiful pools of calm water, abseil down waterfalls, go down natural slides and jump into crystal-clear rockpools.
In the Tarentaise region and in the rest of Savoie and Haute-Savoie, in Isère or in Italy, there are numerous canyons just waiting for you!
François will show you these canyons with their waterfalls and their fabulous rivers.
From beginner to expert, come and discover the unique experience of natural slides, magical leaps and the invigorating sensation of abseiling down a waterfall.
Equipment
We provide: helmet, neoprene wetsuit, neoprene socks, harness, descender and ropes.
You should bring sports shoes (an old pair of trainers will do), a swimming costume and a towel, and don't forget a dry pair of shoes to change into...

Some Canyon
In the Tarentaise valley
L’eau Rousse: a superb learner canyon that offers the same pleasures as the more difficult canyons but is accessible even to neophytes! Jumps, slides, abseils, there is nothing missing in this fun canyon.
Pussy: a very aquatic canyon, with a series of pretty little waterfalls with short walks in between.
Bénétant: A beautiful canyon that is quite easy with lovely jumps and slides when the water level is sufficient.
Les Bauges
Pont du Diable: a fabulous, very deep canyon, with beautifully sculpted rocks. When the water level is lower you can go all the way down in the water. Lots of great jumps and slides.
Haute-Savoie
Montmin: allows you to discover the beautiful hidden landscapes of the mountain. A fun canyon for beginners and experts.
Angon: a magnificent canyon with a series of waterfalls, jumps, slides and even the 'letterbox' slide that goes round a bend!
L' Italie
Torrent de Fer: a magnificent canyon in the Val d’Aoste. High jumps in clear, warm water.
