• Please respect class departure times... and show respect to the rest of your group.
• Remember to take out insurance, mountain rescue is not free and we will not refund lessons. The 'carré neige' insurance costs 2€80 per person per day.
• Just as you would do for your children, remember to bring something to eat and drink as you will be skiing between 1800 et 3000 m altitude and doing exercise in the cold or in strong sunshine. Remember to warm up also.
• Choose good equipment that is adapted to your level and your size.
  
• PLEASE NOTE: ski equipment and ski pass are not included.

 ADVICE TO PARENTS 
 

• Make sure your child has all he needs: anorak, hat or cap, mittens, sunglasses, sun cream, handkerchiefs.
• We strongly advise that children wear a helmet on the slopes.
• Please do not follow your child's group or talk to them during the lesson.
• It is the instructor's decision whether a child should change to a different class.
• Your child is on holiday and the aim is to have fun and to want to come back, so let him go at his own pace rather than trying to make him a champion too soon!..
